FROM OUR VEGETARIAN KITCHEN
Our North Indian kitchen brings to you a variety of dishes - each one is cooked in a different sauce and has a totally different combination of spices. Contrary to popular belief, we have no such thing as a curry paste. Each dish has its own precious list of ingredients and its own special method of cooking.
